Us TEDS ladies have come across some lovely people at the events and sales we have attended and arranged, so we have decided to show you the links to their websites so you can find out more about them and see if they can be of any use to you. We have also found some internet friends who are involved with similar things to us concerning recycling toys or

HOME SWEET HOME CAKES
Our lovely local lady who makes the most amazing cakes, and absoluely delicious too. Mandy has come to one of our sales with her cupcakes which were gorgeous! JULIAS HOUSE
A local hospice for life limited children in Dorset and their families. Offering respite care and support to all the family, they do such wonderful things here and the children love it! Go and visit Julias House Hospice and see for yourself what a happy, positive and supportive place it is despite the role it fills. All details on their website and how you can be involved and help raise funds to keep up their fantastic work!
COPING WITH CHAOS
Coping with CHAOS is a parent-led organisation where all of the office staff and many of the play workers and volunteers are either the parents of, or siblings of, children with a disability or additional needs. They are well aware of the joys and challenges that this can present and offer support to parents through the difficult times as well as celebrating the achievements of the children. On offer is parent and family counselling, sensory room, youth club and holiday time activities for the whole family. Visit their webpages and see how you can help.
ASD NEW FOREST
A group offering support to all parents of children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders in the New Forest area. Everyone is welcome even if your child is not statemented and you are just looking for advice and information. MISSY FUTURE APPEAL
A 2 year old girl from Alderholt, Hampshire who suffers from Cerebral Palsy, has the rare chance to have an operation performed on her legs and spine, the catch is, it's in America. Her parents and family are trying to raise enough money to send her out there for the operation, which will give her a better chance of a quicker and better recovery then if she waited until she was at least 6 years old when the operation could be performed in the UK, so saving 4 years of hospital visits, sore legs, physiotherapy appointments and no doubt sleepless nights , from both Missy and her parents.
